Testimonial

Heartland Ag, and Doug Oberst specifically, has helped us to navigate the challenges of both purchasing and selling numerous properties over the last 20+ years.  Doug’s previous career in the Commercial Banking industry gives him the knowledge of financial options available to his clients interested in purchasing land as well as the lending institutions that do Ag loans.  Doug also does a stellar job as negotiating between buyers & sellers to work out the best “deal” for both parties. Heartland Agricultural Services is our “Go-To” anytime we decide to buy or sell property.
